1. Full payment is required before shipment for online orders.
2. For custom or pre-orders, a deposit may be required (see our Deposit Policy).
3. The remaining balance must be cleared prior to delivery or pickup.

2. If a payment fails, customers will be notified immediately and assisted in completing the transaction.

2. Payments made for canceled or unfulfilled orders will be refunded to the original payment method.
